Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal period:
The period during which the consumer may cancel a distance contract.

Consumer:
Any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession who enters into a distance contract with the company.

Right of withdrawal:
The consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the applicable legal period.

Company:
The natural or legal person offering products or services to consumers through distance selling.

Distance contract:
A contract concluded between the company and the consumer as part of an organised distance-selling system, using only means of distance communication.

Long-term contract:
A contract relating to a series of products or services supplied over an extended period.

CESOP:
The Central Electronic System of Payment Information introduced by the European Union to monitor payment service providers.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by the company and to all distance contracts concluded through the website.

Before completing a purchase, these Terms and Conditions are made available to the consumer electronically. By placing an order on our online store, the consumer automatically agrees to these Terms and Conditions, our Return Policy and all other policies published on our website.

Customers are advised to read these policies carefully before placing an order.


Article 4 – Offers

All offers displayed on the website are non-binding. The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time.

Prices shown on the website include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Any additional costs, such as customs duties or import taxes, remain the responsibility of the customer.


Article 5 – Formation of the Contract

The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and meets the required conditions.

After the order has been placed, the company will send an order confirmation by email.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.


Article 7 – Refunds

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the company will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

The refund may be withheld until the returned product has been received and inspected.


Article 8 – Customs, Taxes and Import Duties

Customers are responsible for complying with the customs regulations and import requirements of their country.

The company does not act as the official importer.

All customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees charged by the carrier or authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Although the necessary shipping documents are provided when required, the company cannot guarantee compliance with local import regulations. Customers are advised to check the applicable rules before placing an order.


Article 9 – CESOP Compliance

In accordance with European Union regulations introduced in 2024, certain payment service providers may be required to record specific transactions in the CESOP system.

The company complies with these regulatory obligations where applicable.


Article 10 – Product Conformity and Warranty

The company guarantees that the products comply with the contract and meet applicable legal standards.

Any complaint regarding a defect must be reported in writing within 14 days after discovering the issue.

Products must be returned in their original condition as part of any defect-related claim.


Article 11 – Delivery

Orders are delivered within a maximum period of 30 days, unless stated otherwise.

In the event of a delay, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible.

Orders may be shipped internationally under conditions where the customer acts as the recipient and importer, assuming responsibility for any customs formalities.

The company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs checks or other import procedures.

Failure to comply with customs regulations does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation or refund.


Article 12 – Complaints

Complaints regarding products or services must be submitted in writing within 7 days after discovering the issue.

The company will respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, the customer will be informed of the estimated response time.

Article 13 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
