Your parcel will be delivered directly to your address without any additional shipping costs.
Order Processing

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel online.
In most cases, tracking information becomes available shortly after dispatch. In case of a delay, tracking information will be provided within a maximum of 2 business days.

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed, it enters our processing system quickly and can no longer be cancelled.

For orders containing multiple items, the return period begins once all items have been delivered.
If Your Parcel Is Marked as Delivered
If the tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend that you:
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark deliveries as completed slightly in advance
- Check with your neighbours or household members
- Look around your mailbox, front door or any safe place where the carrier may have left the parcel

Lost Parcels

Please note that carrier investigations may take several weeks.
Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt delivery again or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point.
Parcels must be collected within the period specified by the carrier.
If a parcel is refused or not collected, it may be returned to the carrier’s logistics centre rather than to our warehouse.
In this case, we cannot issue a refund, as the parcel does not return to our inventory.
